Come have some fun for our first Pet Parade in the Highlands! Whether your pet is furry, feathery, or whatever, all are welcome. We're looking forward to seeing all the costumes. If you plan on participating, please click on "Going" on this event page.
ALL DOGS MUST BE ON LEASHES TO PARTICIPATE. Also, please bring bags to pick up after your dog and litter.
We will be setting up the corner of Windsor & Upton Sts and walking up Windsor St at 3:45 pm and ending at Windsor Park.
Windsor St (from Upton) & up to Windsor Park will be closed off starting at 3:00 pm. HPD will cone off the area to traffic so all will be safe. The street will be opened up at 4:45 pm in time for Trick 'o' Treat at 5:00 pm.
At the end of the parade, there will be refreshments and treats (human & fur babies) for all. If anyone is still at the park by around 5:00 pm, there will be a count-down to Trick 'o Treating!
If you'd like to donate some treats (human & fur babies), you can do so from October 19th - October 24th at these 2 locations: 26 Windsor St & 3 Windsor St. There will be a box on each front porch.
