The Ward Youth Council has planned a wonderful all-day temple trip for October. This is designed to be an all-day temple trip that will include the Temple, the Indy Zoo, and getting pizza. It is a time to worship in the temple and to make memories with all the Highland Ward youth and youth leaders. Saturday, October 11th - Temple Zoo Youth Trip 7:30am - Meet at the church building. We will leave no later than 7:45am Either bring breakfast or have eaten beforehand. Come dressed in temple clothes. Bring Baptismal names for the temple A change of clothes if you do not want to wear church clothes the entire day A water bottle A sack lunch Anything else you need for an entire day (i.e. medication, sunscreen, good walking shoes) 9:30am - Baptisms at the Temple. 11:00am - Picture and leave the Temple 11:15am - Lunch and change clothes at the Westermeier Commons Park 12:00pm - Leave and drive to Indy Zoo 12:45pm - Arrive at the Zoo and have fun. 6:00pm - Meet back up and leave the zoo 6:15pm - Pizza @ Brozinni Pizzeria 7:30pm - Head back to Bloomington 8:45pm - Arrive back at the church This schedule is tentative and subject to change.
