Whether you shoot on a phone or a larger camera, come help shape the future of HPPG. We’re relaunching as a friendly, mixed-ability group to learn, share, and explore photography across Highland Perthshire and further afield.What to bring (optional): up to 4 images (phone or camera), as prints or on a USB/phone, to share. No pressure if you’d rather just come along and meet people with similar interests, share experiences, and have a good time. The intention is for all at HPPG to learn something to help inform and stimulate our own photography going forward.
How we’ll run:
Monthly meetings at Birks Cinema (upper floor meeting room) on the last Monday from Sept to May (no December).
First-season themes include Water (meeting on Monday, 27 October) and Autumn Colours (meeting on Monday, 24 November), each preceded by an outing.
Summer 2026: informal outings/gatherings in June - Aug, then a new season from late Sept 2026.
No formal competitions - instead, we’ll work towards an annual exhibition at the Birks Cinema.
Membership (Sept–Aug): £20 per person · £10 for full-time students.
👉 The 29 Sept launch night is free if you’re unsure about committing.
