The Karen E. Rygiel Memorial Paddle. My sister Karen grew up with my family on the lake, we spent 30 amazing summers there. She enjoyed everything about the lake and I’d like to dedicate this paddle to her.Please join me and meet up at the Highland Lake (Winsted, CT) State Boat Launch for a friendly day of Paddling. Bring a picnic lunch, there’s some nice space to enjoy it there also.
