Intuition Rising
In this series of Sound Baths we activate our Intuition.
Have you ever wondered how to tap into your inner guidance? And how to distinguish your ego mind from your soulful self?
Join us on these journeys to feel into your own intuition, activate your third eye, and connect into your Higher Self.
In each 1.5 hour session we will raise our consciousness with Crystal Singing Bowls, which allow you to open up to access your innate gifts.
You will be guided through each session in a meditation expertly curated by Becky, a channeller and healer, who uses sound medicine and multidimensional energy to assist you on your journey.

Your Higher Self is within you, around you, always guiding you. But your mental mind can interfere.
This sound journey will quieten and transcend that earthly mind so that you can meet with your Higher Self to gain the wisdom that you already hold within.

ABOUT BECKY
Becky is a Master Hypnotist & Master NLP Practitioner, Multiple Brain Integration Coach and Master Life Coach. She channels Atlantean Light Language and is a trained Sound Healer and Tesla Metamorphosis Healer who adds this multidimensional energy to the bowls to elevate the healing benefits. She plays the bowls intuitively from reading the energy in the room to bring harmony into the field allowing sound bathers to physically feel the energy and elevate their consciousness.

IN PREPARATION
△ For optimum results ensure you are well hydrated throughout the day of the session as water helps the healing sound vibrations carry through your body, improving your experience. Bring water with you.
△ Wear comfortable clothing that won’t dig in or restrict you when laying down.
△ An empty stomach or a light bite is recommended.
△ Arrive early as doors will be locked once the event starts.
WHAT TO BRING
△ Mats, pillows, blankets & eye masks are supplied, or you're welcome to bring your own.
△ Bring an intention for yourself - sound amplifies and manifests our intentions.
△ If you're a note-taker bring a pen and pad to record your insights.
AFTER THE SESSION
Drink lots of water and gift yourself more self love that you so deserve. Expect healing to continue long after the session has ended, you may continue to feel sensation or have unexpected things come up in the mind. Journal anything came up for you during and after the session.
