About this Event
The Workshop "Higher Self Activation", lead by Sebastiaan Lefuce, is based on the Yoga Practice of Kundalini Activation: A practice to fulfill your energetic potential to dissolve inner energetic blockades and profound changes in consciousness.
Kundalini is originated in the old yoga paractices of India and describes the inner potential of high energies of each individual, sitting deep down at our spine. Based on the ideology of multiple energy centers in our bodies (chakras), the goal of Kundalini Practices is to activate the Kundalini Energy to open up our energy flows and connect all the chakras together to stay healthy in our mind and soul, as well as in our physical form.
The practice combines mainly meditation and the practice of shavasana with breathwork, as well as some dynamic movements and classical Asana poses (depending on the workshop itself) to release our energy through our whole body.
Combined with the meditative power of music, Sebastiaan invites You to an expedition and all the potential wich is laying deep down inside of You, waiting for You to discover and release it.
Come along and allow Yourself a break from the outside world to become more concious and confident about Yourself and Your journey.
Enjoy your endless possibilities with an opened up headspace, clear and relieve the blockages that has been stopping you from becoming who You want to be, release the energy you feel like it has been missing before and most important: find inner peace with Your soul.
This practice can be a big leap, make sure You are rested and take care of Your beautiful body, mind and soul. Partaking is at Your own risk and responsibility.
If You fancy bring a sleeping mask, or scarf to cover Your eyes and optionally headphones. Both is not a must, though can be a nice option to have with You.

About your Host: Sebastiaan works as an Photographer and Music Producer. He loves practicing Yoga, Union, Oneness, Love and reading, sharing stories on the subject from Tantra, the Tao, Channeled Material, Buddha, Gene Keys, I Ching, Yoga Sutras and many more. Yoga sessions often have a topic like hip opening, and start with a meditation, followed by asana practice, breathwork, then a deeper stretch, a little yoga story, and in a state of Bliss, Shavasana. With changing topics across his workshops, Sebastiaan will guide You through any emotional or physical burden in Your body, to release the inner self You deserve to be.

Yoga Mat
Scarf or sleeping mask to cover Your eyes during meditation is recommended.

All levels are warmly welcome.
With every pose there are multiple options; modifications to Your personal bodies physique will be offered.
