Jeff is the founder of breathARMY and the LightFORCE Collective and Breathwork Facilitator Training Academy. His mission is to educate, inspire and empower people to live to their true potential.
Jeff uses a variety of different tools including breathwork, movement, meditation, cold, heat and psychedelics to help people break through the structures that hold us back from living and expressing our true potential in the world.
Jeff has studied, mentored and trained with some of the world’s leading like Wim Hof, Brian Mackenzie, Patrick McKeown, Irene Lyon, Jhenneviev Heartt, Craig Perkins and David Shannahoff Khalsa. These influences have led to the creation of breathARMY, a unique offering to reconnect to us to our true nature and innate potential.
Jeff is certified in The Wim Hof Method (Advanced Instructor), Oxygen Advantage (Advanced Instructor), Buteyko Breathing, Nai’a Integrative Breathwork, has studied classical and advanced kundalini pranayama and has completed 700 hours of yoga teacher training. He has completed the Smart Body Smart Mind Nervous System Apprenticeship by Irene Lyon, training through Biodynamic Breathwork, SOMA Breath, Breatheology and many more!
Jeff has trained as a psychedelic therapist and has consulted with various psychedelic companies, is an international best selling author, retired paramedic and currently travels fulltime sharing his passion with the world.

Meet Shawn, his mission is to help with the shift in consciousness we are going through as a planet and help others remember who they are on a soul level as we move from the old ways of being into the new Earth. He does this using a variety of modalities: Reiki, Sound Healing, Psychic and Akashic Record readings. Using his gifts to help others remember their’s, why they came here, and to help them shift through density so they can hold more light and step into a new way of being is his passion and part of what he came to this Earth to share.
Shawn was gifted as a child and has always had the ability to see spirit and been very sensitive to energy. This is not something he embraced; after spending a big part of his life trying to numb out, it led him down a serious rollercoaster, eventually hitting bottom. But in that experience, he had a life-changing awakening, changing the very core of who he thought he was. Shawn's life has gone through immense transformation since he woke up to who he is on a soul level and embraced his path. After seeing the potential for change in his own life Shawn is now very passionate about helping others live soul inspired lives and has dedicated his life to this calling. After becoming a Reiki Master, taking extensive psychic development classes, Akashic Records training & being led to the right mentors in the most beautiful synchronistic way, Shawn started the New Earth Healing Center in 2021.
