Last year we moved our high vibe pop-up market to the park for a one day summer event. It was so successful that we’re doing it again!
Join us for a day where creativity, connection, and kindness come together.
The Summer Festival is a celebration of local makers, healers, artists, and community. Wander through the market, sip a mocktail, meet new friends (both human and furry), and take part in workshops, live music, and heart-centered experiences.
Whether you come to shop, learn, relax, or simply enjoy the good energy, this is a day to nourish your spirit, support local, and sprinkle a little extra magic into your everyday life.
CommuniTEA Pass proceeds from the Summer Festival will be donated to Caring Hearts.

They will also be offering their Mantra Workshop in the SoulSpace Tent between 4:15 - 5:00. The workshop is FREE! Come sing along with them. This will be an awesome feel good festival finale.

Benny's Food Truck will be there serving breakfast all day plus burgers and tons of gluten-free items.
Cocktail Caravan will be serving mocktails from their mobile bar
BeautyPlus Brow & Nail Studio will be offering face-painting and henna tattoos
Rosie the Flower Truck will be there too. Buy yourself a flower bouquet at the festival - you know you deserve one!
We're excited that Bright Eyes Dog Rescue will be joining us all day in Wascana Park on August 16th. More details to come soon :)

About the Higher Heart Chakra:
Your Higher Heart chakra (also known as the thymus chakra and other names) is a lesser known but important energy center that rests in between our heart and throat chakras and is linked to our thymus gland. It's related to our physical immunity, our aging process and also to our capacity for compassion, forgiveness, communication and connection. I believe that as a collective, and individually, we're working on clearing, purging and activating this chakra center. There is fascinating research that shows the thymus gland grows when we're happy and shrinks when we're stressed.
Is the secret to life and health (and staying young) about shifting your day-to-day routine to do more of the things you love and less of the things you don't? Maybe!
