Here‘s what you need to know :
Restorative Yoga is simple and gentle so literally everyone can do it . We are going to be using props throughout your the entire journey so you feel relaxed and supported the entire whole time. Some of the poses can be held up to 30 mins giving you ultimate opportunity to experience deep relaxation . Unlike other styles of yoga , your start to receive the benefits of your practice the very next day. Waking up in the morning feeling refreshed, rejuvenated and ready to conquer the day.
Aromatherapy is a tool used to help improve the quality of health using a natural approach thru smelling different types of aromas. Its one of the fastest and most effective way to get essential oils into your nervous system. Although there are many brands of essential oils but they are not all created equal. In this class you will be receiving the most potent and pure essential oils on the planet to help elevate your frequency.
Crystal sound bath uses sound vibrations as medicine which synchronsis the brain waves to achieve deep states of relaxation and healing.Reducing stress and anxiet, supports immune syste, cleanses and balances chakras, improve emotional and mental clarity and relieves pain.
Your journey begins at The Sagamore Hotel Every Wednesday 730pm where we will use restorative yoga to relax the body, aromatherapy to ease the mind and crystal sound healing to cleanse the spirit. Allowing this powerful trio of healing techniques to you align you with the highest frequency.
Please bring your own mat , please bring as many pillows, blocks , bolster, blankets and water !
