Carbonada Criolla - Argentinian stew made with beef tenderloin, corn, winter squash, potatoes, dried apicots, micro greens paired with a Bourbon Boulevardier, High West Bourbon, blood orange + cinnamon infused vermouth, campari, orange bitters

Seared Sea Scallop – with firecracker corn puree, chorizo, toasted coriander + cumin crema paired with a Turnpike Sour, High West Double Rye, citrus vanilla liqueur, cointreau, lemon
