Days 3 & 4 – Move with purpose: Explore exercise and mindful movement practices that energize the body, release tension, and increase flow. Suitable for all fitness levels. ~Move with purpose and ease, not as punishment~

Day 5 – Rest & Restore: Learn how deep, quality sleep and intentional rest reset your body, sharpen your mind, and elevate your mood. ~Sleep is a key pillar to happiness and making great choice which align with and expand your potential~

Day 6 – Live in Joy: Putting it all together while exploring the power of joy, gratitude, and alignment to maintain your high-vibe lifestyle. ~Joy, gratitude and high vibrations is the goal~
