The Queanbeyan Evening Branch of the CWA of NSW invites everyone to join us for an International Women’s Day 2025 High Tea event in support of the Love Your Sister charity. Love Your Sister co-founder Samuel Johnson OAM – Gold Logie Award winning Australian actor, winner of Dancing with the Stars 2019, and the 2018 Victorian Australian of the Year – is our VIP guest speaker live, in-person, for the event.Come along and enjoy an afternoon of conversation, high tea and, of course, our famous CWA scones. We will be holding a silent auction and raffle of items kindly donated by local businesses. Something for everyone! Join in the fun of Sam taking on his most challenging acting role yet as auctioneer, so you can bid on the magnificent quilt donated by the Queanbeyan Quilters Inc. and other major prizes.
