Whether you're working towards throwing independently or cleaning up technique, this clinic is perfect for anyone looking to master their backhandspring. The event will be held at Rise Fitness & Health, so make sure to mark your calendars and bring your energy!
Our experienced instructors will guide you through various drills and exercises to help you perfect your shapes, confidence to throw unassisted, and improve overall strength. Don't miss out on this opportunity to enhance your tumbling abilities and have a blast with fellow tumblers.
This clinic includes 90 minutes of tumble and strength training.
