Bringing STEM research teachers together to share best practices, troubleshoot challenges, and learn more about student research
About this Event

This all-expenses-paid conference will take place take place both in-person and virtually. In-person attendees must come from within 3 hours driving distance or less, must be vaccinated for COVID-19, and must comply with all COVID-19 procedures and protocols.


The virtual aspect of the conference will take place in an avatar world where attendees can create avatars, walk autonomously through the conference, talk to other attendees live, watch plenary sessions in a virtual auditorium, gather in small groups, and even go for a spin in a virtual speedboat! Conference content will also be available via YouTube and Zoom. Virtual attendance is open to anyone formally supporting high school students in STEM.


The conference will begin on Friday evening and conclude on Sunday mid-day. It will include:

• Plenary sessions presented by Society for Science & the Public, Regeneron, and our Keynote Speaker.

• Breakout sessions led by fellow teachers like you and ask questions for presenters to address.

• Research Teacher Expo Hall where teachers can share their resources, advice, and success with student research.

• Social and Networking Events for both virtual and in-person attendees
