You're invited to learn more and share your thoughts on the High-Performance Development Standards (HPDS) for Waterloo Region! This event will be held at the Waterloo Memorial Recreation Complex, Community Pavilion. The cities and townships in Waterloo Region along with local utilities are working together to create a set of standards for larger, new development projects in our communities.
These standards will support a healthier and resilient community through measures like:
š EV parking and charging
š³ tree planting;
š° water efficiency
štransitioning to low-carbon development.
This session will consist of drop-in discussion tables and a presentation at 6:30 p.m. Light refreshments/snacks will be provided. A small table for kids activities will be available.
