This time, we are connecting to nature, and taking the party OUTSIDE, by the water in Verdun (see event pic)! See you on the DANCE FLOOR!
LE CONCEPT:
* Promouvoir le bien-être à travers une courte séance de RESPIRATION GUIDÉE en arrivant, pour se recentrer, se connecter à soi et se détendre…et en fin de séance, on s'énergise et on prépare notre corps à DANSER!
* Avoir un espace et moment où l'égo est mis de côté et on où peut danser librement et sans jugement
* Commencer tôt en soirée (19h) pour terminer tôt (22h) ? et être bien le lendemain!
* Promouvoir l'idée et concept d'être High on Life en dansant, tout simplement!

MY WHY (the concept):
* Promote wellness through a short GUIDED BREATHWORK session to ''check in'' recenter, relax, destress, and then re-energize and prep our bodies to BOOGIE!
* Create a space and moment where we check our ego at the door and we dance freely and judgment free
* Get the party started early (7pm)....to finish early (10pm)! ? And feel great and functional the next day!
* Promote the idea of being High on Life, simply through dancing!

Salut Party People!
Je suis Annie, une ''jeune'' femme professionnelle et maman monoparentale d'un garçon de 6 ans. Depuis la pandémie ET depuis un événement qui a chamboulé ma vie vers la fin de l'année 2021, les phrases suivantes sont devenues ma raison d'être:
* Self-Respect, Self-Love & Self-Care EVERY DAY
* Choose People who Choose YOU; et....
* DO WHAT BRINGS YOU JOY!
Une des choses qui m'apportent beaucoup de joie, c'est de DANSER! Je ne suis vraiment pas une bonne danseuse, mais j'aime la joie que ça m'apporte et j'aime sentir l'énergie des autres en dansant!
Mon rêve est que cet événement continue de grandir et d'évoluer, et qu'ensemble, on crée notre mouvement et notre communauté!
En plus, cette 2e édition sera toute aussi spéciale que la première, car le duo frère-soeur est de retour: mon frère, DJ Power Surge, un musicien autodidacte incroyable qui a été dans un band et qui a été DJ pendant plusieurs années, a accepté de se joindre à moi à nouveau pour nous faire vivre un moment mythique et magique!! En plus, nous aurons un INVITÉ SPÉCIAL qui sera là pour nous faire vivre des moments inoubliables!!
J'ai hâte de vous voir sur le plancher de danse!

Hey Party People!
I'm Annie, a ''young'' professional and single mom to a 6 year old boy. Since Covid and since a traumatizing and life changing personal event that happened late 2021, the following quotes became my life purpose:
* Self-Respect, Self-Love & Self-Care EVERY DAY
* Choose People who Choose YOU; and...
* DO WHAT BRINGS YOU JOY!
One of the things that bring me great joy is to DANCE! Don't get me wrong, I am not at all a good dancer, but I just love the joy that it brings me and I love to feel the energy of others around me when I dance!!
My dream is that this event continues to grow and evolve, and that together, we create our own movement and community!
Also, this 2nd edition will be as special as the first one, because it will once again be hosted by a brother/sister duo; my brother, DJ Power Surge, an amazing self-taught musician who played in a band and who DJ-eyed for many years, accepted to join me to create a magical and mythical night for us all! Also, we will have a SPECIAL GUEST who will add some n plus, nous aurons un invité spécial qui sera là pour nous faire vivre des moments inoubliables!!
I want to eventually have musicians and performance dancers who will jam and dance in the crowd...as well as sponsored healthy snacks, drinks, etc..this is the beginning!
