The last Friday of the month is your chance to go all in, in Rört's woodfired Sauna:
Banging beats and strong heat - We’ll get wild and push the limits of what a saunagus can be, all in a safe, sober and grounded container with your community.
You’ll be guided into your body and breath, and from that point we’ll ride the wave together, let’s see how big we want to go.
Except festive vibe with high peaks, deep valleys, singing, breathing, special treats, and snacks. An opportunity to connect with the community for a fun, inspiring, and grounding Friday night!
PRACTICAL INFO:
Bring your own towel and the amount of clothes you feel comfortable with. Be aware that some people might feel comfortable in a sauna without wearing clothes.
In addition to a unisex changing room with 3 showers, we also have an outdoor shower that you can use.
ABOUT THE GUSMASTER
Oliver Strand works as a teacher at Rört, a performance coach, and is currently studying as a Psychomotor Therapist.
Oliver is obsessed with exploring and understanding consciousness, and what it means to be human. That exploration and unconvering lies at the root of his life and work. He lives with his fiancee and son in Copenhagen. He loves to experience humans expanding their sense of self, and what they’re capable of.
