About this Event
With their brand of razor-sharp funk-rock, High Fade are building a name as one of the hottest groups in the UK right now, and following their joyous March show return to Elysium once more.
They can already count Jack Black, Cypress Hill, Deep Purpleās Glenn Hughes, and Brad Wilk from Rage Against The Machine as fans.
Honing their sound on the streets oftheir native Edinburgh, the band are at their best when up close and personal with audiences, and how much more up close and personal does it get than in the Elysium bar?
Support comes from Bristol's Nuns of the Tundra, and Swansea groove-rock legends Suns of Thunder.Bristol-based Nuns of the Tundra fuse stoner rock riffs, alt rock dynamics and raw garage rock recording vibes together to create a unique new wave rock sound. Nuns mix thing up with different time signatures and take pride in their fuzzy/overdriven tones combined with their weirder harder-to-control pedals to create a sonic palate that's instantly recognisable.
Suns of Thunder have been bringing their riffy grooves to Swansea for over 20 years, and show no signs of easing up yet. With a plethora of records under their belt and having played with some of the biggest names in the stoner scene, SoT rock harder than ever.
