Join us Thursday, September 11, at 6:30pm for our first wine dinner of the fall. Each of our dinners this season will focus on wines produced at higher elevation, and kicking off this series is France. Ben Gillette, importer for Avanelle Wine Company, will be joining us, and will walk you through five wines, thoughtfully paired with a multi-course menu prepared by Chef Billy Wood.Avanelle Wine Company is a San Francisco-based importer and distributor of artisan, family wines from France and Spain, with an emphasis on organic and biodynamic farming practices. Red wine-sous vide leg of lamb, Spanish cassoulet
