We'll be joined by Darryl Vennard of Vine Connection, a leading importer and distributor of family-produced wines from Chile and Argentina.To accompany the wines being featured, Chef Billy Wood has created a five-course menu, inspired by the regions the wines are produced in:

Filled pasta with sardo cheese and pork bolognese

Third Course: Locro
Stew of hominy, beans, pumpkin, Red Wattle pork shoulder, and housemade chorizo
Wine Pairing: Casarena Owens Vineyard Agrelo Cabernet Sauvignon; Lujan De Cuyo, Mendoza, Argentian
Fourth Course: Vacio
Grass-fed vacio served with chimichurri rojo and rosemary potatoes
Wine Pairing: Luca Beso De Dante: Paraje Altamira, Tupungato & La Consutla; Mendoza, Argentina
Fifth Course: Chocotorta
Chocolate cookies layered with dulce de leche
