Boy Minos
Boy Minos is the alter ego of singer-songwriter Stanley Christiaensen, an Antwerp-based storyteller who delves deep into the human experience through his music. From the intimate setting of his room, an obsessive search emerged for a place to escape daily worries. This led to songs with dreamy melodies, profound melancholy, and a nod to both 60s and 70s pop (think The Beatles, Townes Van Zandt, Ry Cooder) and contemporary indie rock (such as Arctic Monkeys). For his debut EP Boy Minos, released in the fall of 2024, Christiaensen collaborated with producer Iskander ‘Moon’ Moens (known from De Afrekening and PIAS), who helped enrich and refine his unique sound.
