Mark your calendars for the inaugural Yoga @ Verde Retreat from April 17th to 20th in Cottonwood, AZ. This all-inclusive event features 6 yoga sessions, cozy accommodations, and all meals provided. We've also lined up two extra fun outings, including kayaking to a winery, along with other engaging on-site activities. There will be plenty of downtime for relaxation and rejuvenation. Our hope at Verde is for you to depart with a refreshed heart, rejuvenated spirit and emotionally enriched. As a special offer for our first year, we're providing a 50% discount, valuing your feedback on our inaugural retreat. Prices are set at $1000 for double occupancy, $1200 for single occupancy, and $750 for those bringing their own RV.
Yoga Sessions during our retreat will focus on unique sequences that target the Thymus Gland or the Hidden Heart Chakra, which is a vital organ for immune function and emotional well-being. Through a combination of asanas, pranayama, and meditation, our practice aims to sitmulate and balance the Thymus Gland, promoting overall health and vitality. Participants will experience several rejuvenating practices be it Hatha, Restorative or Yoga Nidra that will enhance their immune sustem and cultivate inner harmony.
