Join us for an evening dedicated to adult titles. Our Book Tasting for Adults is your chance to explore a curated selection of exciting fiction and nonfiction from 2025. There will be something perfect for you, whether you’re looking for yourself or seeking holiday gifts.
We’re thrilled to welcome special guest author Evelyn Skye, presenting her novel The Incredible Kindness of Paper. A departure from her previous YA and adult fantasy novels, Kindness is a romance about Kansas childhood besties who unexpectedly–even magically–find one another years later in New York.
Evelyn is the New York Times bestselling author of nine novels, including Damsel (which became a Netflix film starring Millie Bobby Brown, Robin Wright, and Angela Bassett) and The Hundred Loves of Juliet. A graduate of Stanford University and Harvard Law School, she lives in Redwood City with her husband and daughter.
