In nature, winter is a season of stillness and restoration. Everything slows to conserve energy, to rebuild from within. But in our modern lives, we rarely follow that rhythmβwe keep moving, producing, striving through the very months that ask us to rest. Hibernate + Heal is a chance to step back into alignment with the natural world. This workshop is designed for us to remember how slowing down is how we heal, and stillness is how life restores its power.Hibernate + Heal is a 90-minute sanctuary of stillness designed to honor that natural rhythm and bring you back into harmony with it. Through restorative yoga, the body is cradled in propped, passive postures that invite deep release without effort. Supported by blankets and bolsters, muscles begin to unfold, the breath deepens, and the nervous system shifts from doing to being.
Throughout the practice, soft aromatherapy and gentle light create a cocoon of calm, signaling safety and ease to every layer of your body. Kailin + Ryan will offer intuitive, hands-on Reiki healing to help restore energetic balance, release emotional weight, and invite the bodyβs innate intelligence to heal.
The evening concludes with an extended savasana, where the soothing resonance of crystal singing bowls and rhythmic water percussion flow through the space. Waves of sound will wash away tension and guide you into a deep, meditative rest.
