Set on 30 acres on the side of the canyon, this retreat location Samadhi Retreat Center is the perfect backdrop for our weekend together. As you arrive, you’ll pull off the main highway onto a secluded dirt road. The road itself seems to ask you to slow down. After you drive a few miles through quiet trees, you’ll see an unassuming modern metal pyramid hanging at the entrance. Down the driveway, you’ll find the main house, with bunkhouses and other structures spread around it in the trees. Once you step out of your car, silence surrounds you. Here there is no traffic, and no rush.
The intention we’ve set for the weekend is to provide you with much-needed rest, paired with diving in and examining your patterns. We aim to help you unpack some of your story, gain insight, and begin to change beliefs and behaviors. We’ve curated a fantastic team of facilitators who will co-host the retreat. Across the weekend we will cover some themes of Brene' Brown's work, talk about how narratives are formed, identifywhat doesn't serve you, and move towards change. We’ll also incorporate yoga, expressive art, and other complimentary experiences.
