Kitty Karma Yoga is a fundraising project created by yoga teacher and cat mom, Suzi King, serving the Northeast Kansas area since 2016. This unique class allows yoga participants to engage with adoptable, rescue cats during a hatha asana yoga flow. Participants are encouraged to flow as much or as little as they desire, while adoptable cats roam freely through the space. Classes are family friendly and all levels of yoga experience are welcomed. Kitty Karma Yoga Classes at Helping Hands Humane Society support their mission in caring for animals.
