Vegan Toastie: Housemade kelp infused focaccia topped with rehydrated kelp flakes, char roasted eggplant cooked in Tanzanian style swahili spices, coconut yoghurt tzatziki, beetroot hummus, kelp dukkah and fresh greens.
Croissant toastie: Kelp-infused housemade flaky croissant filled with 18 hour slow braised beef shoulder, smoked whiskey gravy, kelp and sesame aioli, fresh capsicum, cos, caramelised onion and swiss cheese
Plated dessert: matcha sponge cake, blackberry compote, coconut panna cotta, coral tuile, fresh berries and mint leaf. This dessert is entirely vegan and gluten-free.
