Hey Sis Retreats! Art Therapy and R&B Event

We are honoring women who need to connect back with themselves after experiencing grief, a miscarriage, severe health issues, or anything they want to release or heal or celebrate. Art therapy is a mental health service that uses creative processes and art-making to help people express themselves, cope with challenges, and improve their well-being.

This event will promote healing while painting with Art Therapy which provides a non-verbal outlet for expressing emotions and can be an effective tool for processing trauma and grief, providing a safe and creative space for individuals to explore their experiences.

Please Note: This is a paired sip and paint event. You will need to bring your bestie, spouse, or family member to paint as a duo! Each guests needs a ticket. If you are coming alone we will pair you up to enjoy your event activity!

Info: On guests arrival they will check-in with event tickets and receive a welcome drink as they are directed to their assigned seats.

Info: Our featured live artist will paint a portrait for one of our guest to take home! The artist will guide guests with their individual paintings throughout the event and all art supplies are included. (Please note: This is a paired sip and paint event. You will need to bring your bestie, spouse, or family member to paint as a duo! Each guests needs a ticket. If you are coming alone we will pair you up to enjoy your event activity!)

Info: Guests will let their artwork dry, take photos of their work while interacting with the photographer, and indulge in gourmet served lunch.

Info: Guests will learn about the art of Art Therapy and discuss their final portraits with the live artist and art therapist. Painting a butterfly versus painting a heart are all forms of healing from different spaces, but learning about the colors and shapes used gives better understanding of how we process our healing journey.

Info: Guests will indulge in a delicious dessert and candy bar with plenty options for everyone's tastebuds and receive a special take home gift to show our appreciation for attending.
