Hey Sis! Let's Talk Women's Conference 2025

A day of breakout sessions and a panel discussion will be conducted to preserve a dialogue that encourages individual and collective introspection and facilitates the creation of a communal environment that fosters open and challenging conversations. The central pillars of the conference encompass leadership, health, finance, civics, and empowerment.

The breakout sessions will cover a variety of topics relevant to each of these pillars. The opening session and leadership panel will cover developing your leadership skills, overcoming challenges, and owning your journey. The health track includes a breakout session on sexual, menopause, mindfulness, and mental well-being. The finance breakout session covers budgeting and investing.  The civics track includes a breakout session on civic engagement and advocating as an elected official. The empowerment session focuses on reconnecting women with their neglected passions, identifying unique strengths and transforming aspirations into tangible outcomes,

The closing panel discussion will bring together experts from each of the four pillars to discuss how we can all work together to incorporate greater self-care and Hey Sis! support. The panelists will include participants to share their insights and experiences, and the audience will have the opportunity to ask questions and engage in the conversation.

In addition to the breakout sessions and panel discussion, the conference will also include:

• An invocation and intention-setting mantra delivered by a woman pastor to set the tone for the day
• Breakfast and lunch catered by Carpenter's Cafe

• A closeout with a Sister Oath led by Lisa Woodard, Justice of the Peace for Precinct 8 to affirm our commitment to sisterhood and support.
• Individual goodie bags to enhance your personal toolkit focused on sexual health and well-being
• A space for community vendors to showcase their services and products
• Aesthetic areas to capture your moments from the conference

The conference will be held at The Woman's Club of Fort Worth, a setting that holds history, connects our community with resources, and embodies the femininity of womanhood.
