There’s no limit on happiness, but often our habitual ways of thinking can block our potential to be happier. This practical Buddhist meditation course will explore different meditations and ways of thinking that uplift the mind, and how to integrate these into our day so we can maintain a light, joyful attitude whatever life throws our way.
