Hex Girlfriend je alter-ego umetnika Noe Jorka i Džejmsa Nota. Lako svoj stil opisuju kao "mešavinu rejva i teškog roka", to zvuči skromno. Njihova muzika je nešto više: to je pop, filtriran kroz brutalnu prizmu indastrijala Nine Inch Nails, nabijena anarhičnom energijom sastava The Prodigy i poetskom dubinom Death Gripsa.
Njihovi nastupi uživo su čista, visokooktanska energija — teatralni performans dizajniran za mračne klubove. Savršen način da se "krsti" novi prostor — Mačkin Dom.
Oni koji su ih uhvatili na Changeover Festivalu 2024. pamte tadašnji haos. Sam bend je kasnije priznao da je, u poređenju sa "suzdržanim" Londonom, beogradska publika "totalno odlepila".

Hex Girlfriend is the alter-ego of artists Noah Yorke and James Knott. While they describe their style as "a melting pot of rave and heavy rock," that's being modest. Their music is something more: it’s pop music filtered through the brutal industrial lens of Nine Inch Nails, charged with the anarchic energy of The Prodigy and the poetic depth of Death Grips.
Their live shows are pure, high-octane energy—a theatrical performance designed for dark clubs. It’s the perfect way to break in a brand new space of Mačkin Dom.
Those who caught their show at Changeover Festival 2024 remember the chaos. The band themselves later admitted that compared to a "reserved" London, the Belgrade crowd "just went batshit crazy."
