Join us for a relaxed 10K group walk along the coast and canal in Hest Bank and Bolton-Le-Sands
Along the way, we’ll focus on mindfulness, wildlife, and reconnecting with nature.

Led by Ellena Consadine, who will gently guide moments of mindfulness while pointing out local wildlife, birds, and the quiet beauty of the natural surroundings.
