About this Event
A t this event, Hollywood NOW will honor Yola Dore for her achievements and dedication as an advocate for the rights of people with disAbilities in the West Hollywood and greater Los Angeles community.
Yola's advocacy journey spans more than 30 years. In the 1980s, she came from New Orleans to Southern California to become the Public Relations Manager for Epi-Hab LA, a nonprofit that employed persons with disAbilities, veterans, and minorities and also trained them to re-enter the workforce.
