Welcome to HERSpace: Monthly Healing & Wellness Circles for Women!
June Session : Shine Your Light
As we approach the summer solstice, it’s time to shine your light! In this empowering workshop, we’ll celebrate our unique strengths through sound healing and meditation. Guided exercises will help us embrace our individuality and showcase our light. This session is a beautiful opportunity to connect with others and create a supportive network where we can lift each other up. Join us and let your light shine bright while nurturing a sense of community!
What to bring:
- comforting beverage
- blanket
- comfortable clothing
- personal item to add to a collective altar build to ground the space
- journal and pen
Light refreshments and snacks will be served, please advise us of any food allergies or aversions.
Please let us know if you require any special accomodations to meet your needs.
**We seek to provide the best experience for our attendees and in order to do that we will only run the session at a minimum of 8 attendees. If we do not meet our minimum, you will be able to use your ticket towards a future session. We appreciate your understanding.
Our event will take place on June 19 2025 at 7:00 PM at 1970 Brock Rd. Come ready to relax, unwind, and connect with other amazing women in our community.

LOCATION:
We are located at 1970 Brock St. at the North West corner in the beautiful Heritage House with the bright yellow door! Come in and go to the back and you will find our space on the right.
