Welcome to HERSpace: Monthly Healing & Wellness Circles for Women!
February Session : Redefining Love
This February, let’s take a fresh look at love in all its forms. Join us for an open discussion that invites women to share their perspectives on love—romantic, platonic, or self-love—while enjoying sound healing and guided meditations aimed at opening the heart chakra. Bring a friend, sister, or partner to deepen the conversation and explore how love shapes our lives. Somatic touch will support you to harness the full scope of intimacy in all its forms with self, friendship, and partnerships. Through creative activities and reflections, we’ll celebrate our unique experiences and redefine what love means to us, fostering a deeper connection within our community.
What to bring:
- comforting beverage
- blanket
- comfortable clothing
- personal item to add to a collective altar build to ground the space
- journal and pen
Light refreshments and snacks will be served, please advise us of any food allergies or aversions.
Please let us know if you require any special accomodations to meet your needs.
**We seek to provide the best experience for our attendees and in order to do that we will only run the session at a minimum of 8 attendees. If we do not meet our minimum, you will be able to use your ticket towards a future session. We appreciate your understanding.
Our event will take place on February 20 2025 at 7:00 PM at 1970 Brock Rd. Come ready to relax, unwind, and connect with other amazing women in our community.

LOCATION:
We are located at 1970 Brock St. at the North West corner in the beautiful Heritage House with the bright yellow door! Come in and go to the back and you will find our space on the right.
