Welcome to HERSpace: Monthly Healing & Wellness Circles for Women!
January Session: Renew and Refresh
Kickstart the new year with a workshop designed to help you renew and refresh your inner self. This session features sound healing and meditation to guide you in letting go of the past and embracing new beginnings. You will learn about Somatic release to make space for clarity, focus, and newness in 2025. Through sharing circle and intention-setting exercises, you’ll discover ways to align with your goals for the year ahead. Let’s support each other in this transformative journey and create a vision of renewal that inspires us all!
What to bring:
- comforting beverage
- blanket
- comfortable clothing
- personal item to add to a collective altar build to ground the space
- journal and pen
Light refreshments and snacks will be served, please advise us of any food allergies or aversions.

**We seek to provide the best experience for our attendees and in order to do that we will only run the session at a minimum of 8 attendees. If we do not meet our minimum, you will be able to use your ticket towards a future session. We appreciate your understanding.
Our event will take place on Thu Jan 16 2025 at 7:00 PM at 1970 Brock Rd. Come ready to relax, unwind, and connect with other amazing women in our community.

LOCATION:
We are located at 1970 Brock St. at the North West corner in the beautiful Heritage House with the bright yellow door! Come in and go to the back and you will find our space on the right.
