It does give you the opportunity to attend if anyone cancels. Reservations will be filled on a first come, first served basis.
Join the ACE Eastern Pennsylvania region for an EXCLUSIVE behind the scenes tour of Hershey’s Chocolate Factory Ride at Hershey’s Chocolate World! The tour will take place on Sunday, February 2, 2025. The tour is FREE to active ACE members and their guest.
Advanced registration is required. There is no on-site, day-of registration allowed. This event is only open to ACE members and their invited guests!
WHAT TO EXPECT
You’ll get an EXCLUSIVE behind-the-scenes look at the Hershey’s Chocolate Factory Tour ride. You'll be guided around by a representative of Hershey’s Chocolate World staff. Our tour will take us backstage, into the maintenance area, into the control room & we will get a chance to walk part of the track. We will also receive the first rides of the day. The tour has a limited capacity. A waitlist will be made available if all tours are filled.
REGISTRATION INSTRUCTIONS FOR A GUEST OF AN ACE MEMBER
Due to the anticipated high demand for this tour, ACE members will be limited to one (1) guest per registered ACE member. When registering, select the applicable option of either ACE member OR Guest of ACE member.
- ACE members must enter their active membership number.
- Guests of an ACE member must enter the name of the member they are attending with.
ACE Eastern Pennsylvania reserves the right to limit the total number of guests for all tour groups.
TENTATIVE SCHEDULE
7 – 7:30 AM – Event Check-In
7:45 AM – 8:45 AM – Behind-the-scenes tour
9 AM – First ride of the day on Hershey’s Chocolate World ride
9 AM – 6 PM – Hershey’s Chocolate World open to the public
