Hero's Challenge: A Free Workout Honoring Those Who Serve.
Join us for Hero's Challenge, a FREE workout hosted at Richmond Elite Performance in partnership with the local charity Uncommon Valor.
Uncommon Valor is dedicated to suicide prevention, through activity-based services, for our Veterans, their families, and our community.
This special workout is open to veterans, active-duty military, law enforcement officers, first responders, and supporters. Hero's Challenge is about more than fitness - it’s about connection, resilience, and reminding those who serve that they are not alone.
Suicide rates among veterans and first responders remain tragically high. Through events like Hero's Challenge, we aim to break down stigma, build community, and raise awareness for lifesaving mental health resources. Whether you’re pushing through the workout or cheering from the sidelines, your presence helps strengthen a network of support for our heroes.
All fitness levels are welcome. The workout can be scaled as needed, and no prior CrossFit or functional fitness experience is required.
