Arguably one of the most authentic & approachable wineries in our beautiful slice of Paradise, Heron's Flight offers several tiers of heaven with their Italian grape varietals, Dolcetto & Sangiovese.Running in parallel with some of Matakana Market Kitchen's culinary creativity with an Italian twist, Heron's Flight will offer a tasting partnership to delight the palate & excite the senses, alongside some loving commentary from David & Mary, whose creative vision brought the Winery into fruition.
Also along the way, there are some dalliances into the Library cellar & a chance to try some vintages no longer available anywhere, including a trip way back when there was still Cabernet (1991 Vintage).
Ticket price includes full degustation menu & accompanying wine tasting of several courses & accompanying wines.
