HERoic Panel & Movie Screening

Grab your favorite ski buddies and join us in the Snowshed Ballroom (2nd floor of the Snowshed Lodge) in for a panel discussion & screenings of Moving Right Along and Kindred! The panel will kick off at 6:00 p.m. & the movies will start at 7:00 p.m.

This year's HERoic Panel will be based on working for yourself and the women around you by blazing your own trail. Panel members will include:

A short film directed by Iz La Motte & Sara Beam Robbins. Devin Logan and Caroline Claire, both from Long Island, are U.S. Olympic team members and skiing soulmates. Join them as they take the next bold step in their illustrious careers: big lines, raw honesty, and camaraderie that stretches from the half pipe to the backcountry. The evening will conclude with a screening of Season 3, Episode 1 of Moving Right Along, a documentary series about six-time Killington Cup winner Mikaela Shiffrin. This episode is a sort of extension from the episode that finished 23-24, speaking to the “why” behind it all. We’ll speak to legacy and Mikaela’s involvement with ushering in the next generation, the leadership and work she does with her teammates, the impact she has on young boys and girls alike, and the philanthropic work she does. We also detail what it’s like to expand her philanthropic efforts to support underserved youth with resources to help them both on and off the field of play…and what it takes to create further support. How has Mikaela impacted the sport since the beginning of her World Cup career nearly 13 years ago?
