Info: In her role as Director of Technology Governance, Connie Hiber is the driving force behind the information security program at Great Clips, Inc. In addition to security, she oversees network infrastructure, IT operations and service desk. Before joining Great Clips, Inc. in 2007, she held technology roles across various business sectors, including legal, medical, finance and printing.

Connie holds a bachelor’s degree in technical communications from Minnesota State University, Mankato. In her free time, she enjoys paper crafting and cooking. As a soon-to-be empty nester, Connie is looking forward to spending more time with her husband of nearly 25 years, riding bikes together in search of the perfect cup of coffee.
