About this Event
At Heroes Who Cook, event patrons sample all the gourmet creations created by our 16 celebrity + restaurant teams and vote for their favorites to determine the "People's Choice" award winners. Our panel of guest judges will conduct a blind tasting to determine the "Judges Choice" award winners. In addition to tastings of each team's featured dish, the event also includes complimentary beer from Champagne Beverage, wine, live music by Groovy 7, a silent auction and more!
BEFORE THE EVENT
In the weeks leading up to the big Heroes Who Cook event, our celebrity + restaurant teams will compete to raise money for Children's Advocacy Center - Hope House by running their own special events and promotions. You can donate online toward your favorite team on through Saturday, November 2nd to help them win the award for "Most Money Raised for Hope House!"
ONLINE AUCTION
Regardless of whether or not you attend this year's event, you can still register to participate in our online auction, which will feature dozens of luxury items and unique experiences! to register.
Every dollar raised will provide hope, healing and justice to child abuse victims on Louisiana's Northshore!
