Hermit’s Haven

As the winter solstice approaches, we offer a hermit’s haven in which to cocoon. Generating warmth from the inside, we’ll move from the sweet release of ecstatic dance into a deep clearing catalyzed by transformative breathwork. Enveloped in the gentle sonic tides of sound healing afterward, we’ll close out with a tender cacao circle, bidding the evening farewell at seaside sunset with hearts open and bodies at ease. ’Tis the season to give love— and if we are to radiate that love everywhere we go, we must begin with loving ourselves. So this holiday season, we welcome all who wish to gift themselves the reward of self-care in its finest collective form. When we gather together with the shared goal of embodiment, soul-centered connection and reverence for nature’s rhythmic blessings, there is no limit to the uplifting metamorphosis we can experience.
