DAY 1:
Arrival and Grounding (Friday)
Afternoon (12:00 pm - 3:00 pm): Arrive in Oaxaca and settle in at the retreat center, where a welcoming lunch featuring traditional Oaxacan dishes like memelas and fresh fruit juices will be served. Join an introduction circle where the women set their initial intentions and begin building connections.
Early Evening: Participate in an opening ceremony with blessings from Olori Iyabiye Ola, the high priestess representing the Yoruba community of the American continent and the Diaspora. A local spiritual guide will speak about the significance of Oaxaca’s location on ley lines, an ideal setting for manifesting intentions. Contribute to a group altar-building project, where each woman adds a symbolic item representing her first step toward change, fostering a collective commitment to transformation.
Evening: Enjoy a group dinner featuring Oaxacan mole, followed by free time to rest or participate in a guided night mediation under the stars. This activity is designed to help release past cycles and embrace new chapters.
DAY 2:
Reflection and Connection (Saturday)
Morning (7:00 am): Join an optional Hatha Yoga class. Hatha Yoga symbolizes the union of polarities—Ha (Sun) and Tha (Moon)—and combines physical postures, breathing techniques, and habits to promote physical, emotional, mental, and spiritual health and balance.
Breakfast
Mid-Morning Talk: Attend a session discussing the differences between plant medicine for chakra opening and psychedelics.
Late Morning (11:00 am - 12:00 pm): Experience “Serenity Recalibration,” a time to pause and center yourself.
Afternoon (1:00 pm - 4:00 pm): Take part in a Temazcal ceremony led by a local healer. This traditional ritual symbolizes shedding old layers and embracing new possibilities.
3:00 pm - 4:00 pm: Visit the meditation room for quiet reflection.
Free Time
Evening: Savor a seasonal dinner followed by a storytelling circle, where women share their personal journeys of change and growth.
DAY 3:
Cultivating Action and Manifestation (Sunday)
Early Morning (6:00 am - 8:00 am): Participate in a sunrise meditation and yoga session at San José El Mogote, followed by a morning meditation at the archaeological site.
Breakfast
Mid-Morning Excursion: Visit Hierve El Agua and join an energy presentation led by Cesar.
Lunch: Return to the retreat center for lunch, followed by free time for journaling or quiet reflection.
Afternoon (3:00 pm - 5:00 pm): Join the “Goal-Mapping and Manifestation” workshop. This session includes guided visualization and practical strategies for creating a concrete plan for transformation.
Evening: Enjoy dinner and a traditional music gathering, blending sound and intention for inspiration and momentum. For those interested, there will be an optional guided night tour to Oaxaca’s downtown, Zócalo, and vibrant nightlife.
DAY 4:
Integration and Commitment (Monday)

Morning (9:00 am to 11:30 am): Attend the “Daily Rituals for Continued Transformation” workshop, which provides tools and strategies to maintain clarity and purpose. Conclude with a departure ceremony where shared affirmations reinforce the commitment to ongoing growth.
Brunch (10:00 am to 12:00 noon): Enjoy a final brunch featuring Oaxacan tamales and ceremonial cacao, accompanied by a closing talk from a local spiritual leader on how to sustain new habits. Experience connection, renewal, and leave transformed, ready to integrate daily rituals and practices that inspire lasting change.
