About the workshop
This workshop gives you the tools to confidently plan and run your first small-scale, grant-funded heritage project. Learn how to plan your budget, build effective partnerships, assess risks, and plan your time and resources. Whether you're just starting out or looking to sharpen your skills, you'll leave with ready-to-go templates, case study examples and tips for success.

This session is a mixture of practical excercises, presentations, Q&A and discussion. The workshop is designed for anyone who works or volunteers in heritage or who has an idea for a heritage project.

About the Medway Heritage Place programme

In November 2023, The National Lottery Heritage Fund named Medway as one of 9 places who will benefit from £200 million of investment as part of their 'Heritage Places' initiative.
