About the workshop
Discover how to evaluate your heritage project with confidence. This practical workshop is designed for those running small-scale heritage projects. The session will cover evaluation methods and how to gather meaningful feedback while staying GDPR compliant, and present results that showcase impact.

Whether you're just starting out or refining your approach, you'll leave equipped with the tools to measure what truly matters.

This session is a mixture of practical excercises, presentations, Q&A and discussion. The workshop is designed for anyone who is evaluating a heritage project for the first time or is looking to sharpen their evaluation skills.

About the Medway Heritage Place programme
