Since 1969 the Heritage Hill Annual Weekend Tour of Homes has welcomed visitors to some of our neighborhood’s most beautiful and well-cared-for homes. We are proud to welcome you once again!

You can also visit them in person at 252 State St SE, Grand Rapids, MI during regular business hours. They will be in the office during both days of Home Tour!

Saturday, May 17: 11am - 5 pm

Sunday, May 18: 1pm - 6pm

Ticket good for BOTH Saturday and Sunday

Parking

• Limited on-street parking is available throughout the neighborhood but please abide by any posted parking restrictions.

Mechanics of the Tour

• Have your eTicket available (or printed copy if you print beforehand) when you arrive at the first home you decide to visit. When you arrive, your ticket will be verified by a 'Greeter' and you will receive a hand stamp to allow for easy access to each home thereafter.
• Brochures with a map showcasing the location of the homes, parking, bus stops, and food trucks will be available for you. These can be picked up at any of the homes on tour.
• The homes may be seen in any order, you choose!
• Tour locations may be seen in one day or you may choose to see some on Saturday and some on Sunday. Your ticket is good for both days.
• Shuttle bus stops are conveniently located near each tour location.
• The tour itself is self-guided with volunteers at each stop to tell you a little about the history and architecture.
• Visitors are encouraged to visit the food trucks and neighboring restaurants and shops on the days of the tour. Explore our community!
• Please note that most locations are not ADA-accessible.
