Come one and all to the Aiken County Historical Museum’s free Heritage Day event! From 11am – 2pm of Friday Nov. 8th, we will have demonstrators across the Museum to showcase various heritage crafts. This is a great opportunity to learn more about the skills that were commonplace many years ago. We will have demonstrations from our Museum Volunteers, the Henry Middleton chapter of the DAR, Grow Well Aiken County, The Aiken Strings, and the Carolina Pine Quilters and will include quilt turning, weaving, corn husk doll making, colonial games, and live music!
