Join professional mosaic artist Abigail Barker for a fun and informal day learning to create a beautiful mosaic for your garden. All materials and tools are provided and you will guided through the basics of designing and making a mosaic suitable for outdoors. This workshop is suitable for beginners and improvers. Due to the nature of the adhesives used in this mosaic, you will need to wait 24 hours for the adhesives to dry completely before you can grout the piece. Grout and instructions to take home will be provided.
This workshop will take place in the new Heritage Craft Room at Bradford Industrial Museum.
The workshop will be a full day workshop running from 11am - 4pm. Tea and coffee facilities are available in the Heritage Craft Room, but please bring a packed lunch. Alternatively the Bradford Industrial Museum sells a range of sandwiches and snacks in the main building.
