HERE'S THE STRUGGLE

With Sunday coming every seven days, it can be difficult to find time to WORK ON IT because we’re always stuck WORKING IN IT.

The Heritage Coaching Network can help flip that script! For a few hours each month, we’ll pause working IN IT so we can work ON IT with other ministry leaders who are focused on strengthening our churches and building healthy disciples who become strong disciple-makers.

WHAT AND WHEN

Once a month, we’ll meet from 10am-2pm from September 2024-May 2025. Delicious lunch is provided with each session.

We’ll discuss major GROWTH BARRIERS to identify what is holding our churches back from growing. Then we’ll spend time working on KEY SYSTEMS of the church. These systems include building great preaching planning systems, developing strong stewardship systems, and forming a world-class discipleship pathway to make disciples who make disciples.

Over the course of this coaching network, we’ll cover all the major systems of a healthy church. Just like your physical body, healthy systems make healthy bodies.

BENEFITS

The Heritage Staff will share as many best practices as we can to help YOU get a jump start on these systems in your church. It will be a great opportunity to network with Heritage Staff and other pastors and staff members from other area churches. We don’t think that what we do is the only way and we certainly don’t think you need to do everything the way we do it. But, we’re willing to share what we’ve learned and we are excited to learn about how God is using your ministry to impact His kingdom!

DON'T LEARN AND GROW ALONE!

Bring as many staff and key volunteers with you as you can. When we grow together, we accelerate the health and growth of our teams. To help you make this possible, we’re keeping the cost low: the cost for ALL network sessions including lunch is $100 for the Pastor/Ministry Leader. For each additional slot to bring staff or volunteers, it’s only an extra $50 for the whole network including lunch.

For example, with one "Pastor/Ministry Leader" ticket AND one "Church Staff or Key Volunteer" ticket, the Lead Pastor can bring "Bob" to the first session, "Nancy" to the second session, and "Fred" to the third session. You can rotate who fills that slot as needed. If the Lead Pastor wants to bring two Staff or Volunteers to all network sessions, they should purchase one "Pastor/Ministry Leader" ticket AND two "Church Staff or Key Volunteer" tickets. This flexibility allows the Pastor to involve different team members in each session without the additional tickets being assigned to specific individuals.

ABOUT OUR COACH

Jeff Forester has been the Lead Pastor of Heritage Church in Michigan since 2006. Since its inception, over 3,800 people have been baptized, and under Jeff’s leadership, the Lord has grown the church from 245 to around 5,000 people in weekly engagement. Heritage Church, recognized as one of the 100 Fastest Growing Churches in America, is a vibrant, multi-cultural, multi-site community, with a new campus opening in September 2024. As Chairman of the Board for both Converge MSC and The Timothy Initiative, Jeff is passionate about working with pastors, both locally and globally, to start and strengthen churches with a focus on Biblical philosophy and practical strategy.
